BFI Film Academy Blackpool applications are now OPEN!
We are looking for 10 young filmmakers and film fans aged 16-19 to take part in our BFI Film Academy 2024/25. This project will cover practical filmmaking skills, film theory, programming, distribution and certification.
We’re busy behind the scenes working to make this year’s Blackpool Film Festival our best yet, but to do that, we need your help.
With 2024 marking 10 years of BFF, and the expansion of our festival to various venues across Blackpool, we’re on the lookout for more volunteers to help us out.
Since 2014, the Blackpool Film Festival has provided a platform for cinema programmed and co-produced with the artists and creative communities of the Fylde Coast.
